Iconic 'Brady Bunch' House Listed for $5.5M After Renovation by HGTV

HGTV purchased and renovated the iconic home from "The Brady Bunch" in 2018.
The network spent $1.9 million renovating the home to recreate the set design from the show.
The home was featured in the 2019 HGTV series "A Very Brady Renovation" and other specials.
HGTV will donate part of the sale proceeds to charity.
The network will also sell many of the home's contents, like the signature green living room couch.
