ICE Says Two-Week West Virginia Sweep Netted More Than 650 Arrests
ICE credits partnerships with 14 agencies for the operation.

- ICE highlighted the arrest of Ling Yan, also known as Yang Ning, a Chinese citizen previously convicted of two counts of endangering the welfare of children in Ohio.
- ICE reported the surge drew no protests, and Jefferson County Sheriff Tom Hansen publicly praised the initiative and the agents’ professionalism.
