  • The van, branded for ASAP Plumbing & HVAC, had a large hole in the shattered glass.
  • Paramedics evaluated the driver at the scene and took him to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.
  • The semi-truck driver did not remain at the scene, and the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
