ICE arrests undocumented Colombian teen and family after probation for deadly Aurora crash

The administration plans to deport the family after the 16-year-old was spared jail under sanctuary-county policies for killing a 24-year-old woman.

The 16-year-old undocumented immigrant from Colombia had been sentenced to probation and community service in connection with the July 2024 death of 24-year-old Kaitlyn Weaver in Aurora.
