Overview

• ICE detained Radule Bojovic, a Hanover Park police officer from Montenegro, during a targeted action on Oct. 16 and alleges he overstayed a B-2 tourist visa that required departure in March 2015.
• Online detainee records show Bojovic is in ICE custody with no location disclosed, and he could face removal proceedings under federal immigration law.
