ICAI Publishes January CA Exam Datesheet for Final, Intermediate and Foundation

The notice fixes the application window with single‑shift timings to support advance planning.

ICAI CA January 2026 Exam Dates Out
Exams will run from January 5 to 24, with registration starting November 3.

Overview

  • Final exams are scheduled for Group I on January 5, 7 and 9, and for Group II on January 11, 13 and 16.
  • Intermediate exams are set for Group I on January 6, 8 and 10, and for Group II on January 12, 15 and 17.
  • Foundation papers will be held on January 18, 20, 22 and 24, with INTT–AT on January 13 and 16 and Insurance & Risk Management on January 9, 11, 13 and 16.
  • Exams run in a single afternoon shift, with most papers from 2 pm to 5 pm and select papers to 6 pm; Foundation Papers 3 and 4 are 2 hours, Final Paper 6 and all INTT–AT papers are 4 hours, and others are 3 hours.
  • Applications open November 3 and close November 16, with a late‑fee deadline of November 19; no exam is scheduled on January 14 due to festivals and the timetable will not change for public holidays.
