Overview
- IBPS made the Clerk Preliminary admit card available on October 1, 2026, and the download window runs through October 11, 2026.
- The prelim is an objective 100-mark test lasting 60 minutes with three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
- IBPS enforces negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer and requires candidates to meet both sectional cutoffs and an overall minimum to be shortlisted for the Online Main.
- Candidates should download their admit card from ibps.in using registration or roll number plus password or date of birth, verify all personal and exam-centre details, and print a hard copy for exam day.
- The notice also includes sample questions for each section to help candidates familiarise themselves with question types ahead of the preliminary exam on October 10 and 11.
