IATSE Advances in Contract Negotiations, Secures More Tentative Deals

Two more IATSE locals have reached tentative agreements, bringing the total to 10 out of 13 as the union prepares for broader negotiations.

IATSE Local 728 and the Costume Designers Guild (Local 892) announced new tentative agreements with the AMPTP.
The agreements cover craft-specific issues as part of the ongoing local-specific talks.
Ten of the thirteen West Coast studio locals have now secured tentative deals.
General negotiations on broader issues like wages and AI are set to begin on April 29.
The remaining locals, including Locals 44, 705, and 884, are scheduled to start their negotiations next week.
