  • Prosecutors allege that between January 2004 and April 2020 he subjected four women to rape, coercive behaviour and physical violence.
  • One of the most serious allegations is that he raped a woman on multiple occasions between 2018 and 2019.
  • The defence has lodged a special consent defence for one charge; the full trial is scheduled for six days in June 2026 before Lord Arthurson.
