Hyundai Launches Redesigned 2026 Palisade with XRT Pro Trim, Hybrid Due This Fall

Canadian pricing spans from $53,699 for the base Preferred Trend trim to $65,699 for the Ultimate Calligraphy hybrid, with all models assembled at Hyundai’s Ulsan plant.

For 2026, the Palisade has the option of an XRT Pro model equipped with off-road suspension and running gear.

  • The 2026 Palisade debuts a full redesign with an extended wheelbase and revised exterior proportions to boost passenger and cargo space over its predecessor.
  • Hyundai’s first Palisade hybrid powertrain pairs a 2.5-liter turbo four-cylinder engine and electric motors for an estimated 329 hp, 339 lb-ft of torque, 7 L/100 km highway efficiency and over 900 km range, with production set for later this year.
  • The new XRT Pro trim adds off-road suspension, all-terrain tires, an electronic limited-slip differential and selectable terrain modes for mud, snow and sand.
  • Inside, a mid-century modern inspired cabin features a curved floating dash housing dual 12.3-inch displays, integrated front and rear dash cameras and power-operated third-row seats.
  • Gasoline variants are available now with a 3.5-liter V6 producing 287 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque, offering a projected combined fuel economy of 21 mpg and a 5,000-pound towing capacity.
