New 'DuchesS' Controller Features Durable Hall Effect Joysticks and Triggers

Hyperkin, a gaming accessory maker, is remaking the original Xbox Controller S, now called the 'DuchesS', with modern upgrades.
The DuchesS controller will feature Hall effect joysticks and triggers, which use magnets and electrical conductors to measure their position, making them more durable and resistant to joystick drift.
The controller will be compatible with Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 and 11, and will include a share button, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headset jack.
The DuchesS retains the wired design of the original controller, despite the prevalence of wireless controllers today.
Pricing and release details for the DuchesS controller have not yet been announced.
