Overview

• HYDRAA conducted the operation on Thursday, August 21, in Jubilee Enclave, Madhapur, Serilingampally mandal of Rangareddy district.
• Officials said the restored area includes two encroached parks measuring about 8,500 square yards and roughly 5,000 square yards of road space.
• A temporary 300 square yard structure being used as a hotel on government land was demolished during the clearance.
• The total land recovered is about 16,000 square yards, which officials valued at roughly ₹400 crore.
• Residents filed a Prajavani complaint alleging encroachment by an individual, HYDRAA verified the violations, installed protected boards with fencing, and police cases are being registered.
