- He entered India on a business visa in 2012, initially worked in the garment trade, and later moved between Bengaluru and Hyderabad while overstaying.
- H-NEW detained him in the Asif Nagar area after observing suspicious movement, and a search yielded no drugs.
- Police report that H-NEW has deported 22 foreign nationals since its formation, including 10 this year, as part of ongoing action against visa overstays.
