Two Troop Bazaar businessmen, Nitin Singhania and Shranik Singhvi, were arrested near Masab Tank on December 19 after police seized 43 grams of cocaine and MDMA.
During interrogation, the arrested traders allegedly identified several regular customers and named Aman Preet Singh among them.
Investigators describe him as a regular drug consumer and report he is accused in multiple cases linked to Hyderabad’s narcotics network.
Police say the probe has been widened to map supplier–consumer links across the city, with allegations based on ongoing investigation rather than court findings.
