• 28,300 runners took part across the marathon, half marathon and 10K, finishing at Gachibowli after a route past Necklace Road, multiple flyovers and Durgam Cheruvu.
• Fifty-six elite athletes from India, Kenya and Ethiopia competed, and the men’s elite winner set a new course record.
• Prize money totaled Rs 48.55 lakh for Indian categories, with marathon international awards of $6,000, $3,000 and $2,000 plus a Rs 1.5 lakh course-record bonus.
• Corporate participation was recognized for Dr. Reddy’s 701 registrations, Aptar’s 46% women runners and Arcesium’s Rs 30 lakh charity donation.
• Police officials Avinash Mohanty and D Joel Davis led the flag-offs at separate starts, and fundraising supports 29 partner NGOs through September 15.
