Overview

• State Task Force teams arrested eight in citywide operations from August 23–25, including a U.S. resident, and seized 33.3 g of cocaine plus 7.95 g of MDMA at sites in Abids, Serilingampally and Shamshabad.
• EAGLE Telangana and Gachibowli police detained six at a Kondapur service apartment, recovering 20 g of cocaine, eight ecstasy pills weighing 20 g and 3 g of MDMA.
• Police named Mohammed Azeem of Bengaluru as the alleged supplier in the Abids case and identified Rahul alias Sonu of Bengaluru as the Kondapur network’s source; both are absconding.
• Officers said the Kondapur network routed pooled payments to multiple bank accounts and concealed contraband in skin‑whitening injection boxes ordered through the supplier.
• Teja was identified by police as the local organiser of the Kondapur parties, toxicology tests confirmed recent drug use among several arrestees, and further financial and network tracing is underway.
