Husband Clings to Bonnet as Wife's Alleged Lover Speeds Car on Uttar Pradesh Highway

A man in Moradabad was dragged for nearly a kilometer on a car bonnet after confronting his wife and her alleged lover, leading to an arrest and police investigation.

The incident occurred on the Agra State Highway in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, involving a man identified as Mohd Samir, his wife Noor Afsha, and her alleged lover Nazrul Hasan.
Samir confronted his wife and Hasan after spotting them together in a car; Hasan attempted to flee, causing Samir to cling to the car's bonnet as it sped at 80-90 kmph.
The car was eventually stopped by another driver, leading to a heated altercation between Samir and Hasan, which also caused a traffic jam.
Samir filed a police complaint, leading to Hasan's arrest and the seizure of his car; charges include rash driving, endangering safety, and voluntarily causing hurt.
Police revealed that Noor Afsha and Hasan had a prior relationship before her marriage to Samir, and the couple had been living separately for seven years.
