- Neither Isaac nor Joyce is expected to impact land, with both storms forecasted to weaken soon.
- The National Hurricane Center is also monitoring three other systems with potential for development, one of which could affect the U.S. Gulf Coast.
- Hurricane Helene, which recently struck the southeastern U.S. as a Category 4 storm, has caused at least 64 deaths across five states.
