Hunter Biden's lawyers have sent a letter to US Attorney Matthew Graves, alleging that Tony Bobulinski has made false claims about his ties and contact with the Biden family to damage their reputation.
The letter accuses Bobulinski of misleading FBI investigators in 2020 about the extent to which President Joe Biden benefitted from Hunter's foreign business dealings.
Bobulinski, who was Hunter Biden's business partner, alleged before the 2020 presidential election that Joe Biden was involved in his family's deals with Chinese energy company CEFC.
In response, Bobulinski has challenged Hunter, Jim, Joe Biden, and himself to appear together before Congress for a joint public testimony, accusing the Biden family of 'trying to weaponize the DOJ against him.'
The Republican-led House Oversight Committee claims that Hunter Biden's legal team is trying to intimidate a potential witness for a possible Joe Biden impeachment inquiry by sending the letter.
