Hunter Biden Accused of Professional Misconduct by Conservative Legal Group

America First Legal (AFL), a conservative legal group, has filed a complaint against Hunter Biden with the D.C. Bar, alleging professional misconduct.
The complaint cites Hunter Biden's recent felony firearm charges in Delaware and his failure to register as a foreign agent while working for a Ukrainian energy company.
The AFL alleges that Hunter Biden violated Rule 8.4 of the D.C. Bar's professional handbook, which prohibits lawyers from engaging in crimes, dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
Hunter Biden also faces nine additional charges from Special Counsel David Weiss, all related to tax crimes.
Hunter Biden is expected to testify in a closed-door interview with House lawmakers on Capitol Hill on Feb. 28.
