Hundreds Mourn Nine-Year-Old Victim of Magdeburg Christmas Market Attack

A month after the tragic car attack that claimed six lives, 300 attendees gathered in Wolfenbüttel to honor the youngest victim.

The funeral for the nine-year-old boy killed in the Magdeburg Christmas market attack was held in Wolfenbüttel, attended by approximately 300 mourners.
The ceremony took place at St. Petrus Church, followed by the boy's urn burial in Warle, Lower Saxony.
The December 20 attack involved a man driving a car into a crowd at the Magdeburg Christmas market, resulting in six deaths and numerous injuries.
Victims included four women aged 45 to 75, the nine-year-old boy, and a 52-year-old woman who succumbed to injuries after the new year.
A severely injured 15-year-old boy from Peine is recovering, according to police reports.
