Human Remains Discovered on Property of Husband Charged in Wife's 2021 Disappearance

Michigan State Police find body in sealed tank during search of Dale Warner's property; identification pending.

Dee Warner was reported missing in April 2021 and declared legally dead earlier this year.
Her husband, Dale Warner, was charged with her murder in November 2023 and has pleaded not guilty.
The remains were found in a tank typically used for anhydrous ammonia on Warner's Lenawee County property.
An autopsy is scheduled to confirm the identity of the remains.
Dale Warner's pretrial hearing is set for September 4.
