Saudi backing with vendor tie-ups underpins the kingdom’s push to turn Humain into a global AI infrastructure platform.

Overview

  • Humain unveiled Humain One, an enterprise operating system that uses AI agents to understand intent and autonomously execute tasks across HR, finance, procurement and productivity tools.
  • PIF and Saudi Aramco signed a non-binding term sheet for a significant minority stake in Humain with plans to combine AI assets under the company, subject to definitive documentation and regulatory approvals.
  • Qualcomm will deploy AI200 and AI250 rack solutions targeting 200 megawatts of inferencing capacity starting in 2026, while AirTrunk agreed to build a large Saudi data-centre campus in a deal valued at about $3 billion.
  • CEO Tareq Amin said Humain plans a dual listing in Saudi Arabia and on Nasdaq within three to four years and is targeting six gigawatts of computing capacity by 2034.
  • Amin said Humain sources chips from Nvidia, AMD, Qualcomm and Groq, noted that one major supplier is considering an investment, and reported current deployments across Saudi government entities with pilots at three PIF-affiliated organizations.
