Hulu Releases Teaser for Glen Powell's Football Comedy 'Chad Powers'

The series, co-created by Glen Powell and Michael Waldron, reimagines Eli Manning's viral sketch and is set to premiere in fall 2025.

Chad Powers is a half-hour sports comedy starring Glen Powell as a disgraced quarterback who disguises himself to join a struggling Southern football team.
The series is based on a 2022 ESPN+ sketch featuring Eli Manning going undercover as a walk-on prospect at Penn State, with Manning also serving as an executive producer.
Powell co-created, co-wrote, and executive produced the series alongside Michael Waldron, known for his work on Loki, with Tony Yacenda directing.
The ensemble cast includes Perry Mattfeld, Quentin Plair, Wynn Everett, Frankie A. Rodriguez, and Steve Zahn, with Powell playing dual roles as Russ Holliday and Chad Powers.
The show, produced by 20th Television and Omaha Productions, is set to debut on Hulu in fall 2025, aiming to capture the charm of offbeat sports comedies like Ted Lasso.
