• Jackman delivered a 90-minute set blending songs from The Greatest Showman, Les Misérables, The Music Man and covers of Neil Diamond, Peter Allen and Frank Sinatra.
• He recounted a failed Les Misérables audition from 30 years ago, describing how he cracked the final note before nailing it onstage.
• Eighteen musicians from the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles joined the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, under conductor Thomas Wilkins, for “A Million Dreams.”
• The evening wrapped with a fireworks display and generated $2.6 million to support LA Phil’s community and learning programs.
