• Construction of the 12-story office building at 1240 Woodward Ave. is complete and the roughly 400,000 square feet of offices are ready for occupancy.
• General Motors has committed to four floors for its new headquarters, joining Accenture, Ven Johnson Law, Rock Ventures and the Gilbert Family Foundation in a substantially leased lineup.
• Tenants are building out their spaces with first occupancies expected in 2026, according to Bedrock’s development team.
• A six-story atrium with a domed glass ceiling, a concierge-equipped Rec Room, a pickleball court and virtual sports simulators highlight the building’s worker-focused amenities.
• The first three floors house the 56,000-square-foot event venue The Department at Hudson’s, retail is opening on the ground level, Nick Gilbert Way plaza debuts Nov. 6, and the adjacent 45-story tower with The Edition hotel and condos is slated for a later opening targeted in 2027.
