  • NYPD Harbor Unit officers arrested Blasetti Saturday after he rowed a stolen dinghy from Dyckman Street Marina to a moored catamaran while unclothed.

  • Blasetti, 36, has 73 prior emotionally disturbed person incidents with the NYPD and was believed to be under the influence of methamphetamines when arrested.
