HP Forest Department Files Fourth FIR Against NHAI Over Shimla Landslide

  • Forest officer Ajeet Kumar lodged the FIR under Sections 32 and 33 of the Indian Forest Act and Section 324(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against NHAI for environmental and property offences.
