Overview
- From 05:00 to 22:00, Hologram 1 vehicles with even last digits (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) and all Hologram 2 vehicles may not circulate in the Mexico City metropolitan area.
- Hologram 1 vehicles with odd last digits and those with Holograms 00 or 0 are permitted to circulate on this date.
- The rules cover all 16 boroughs of Mexico City and 18 adjacent municipalities in the State of Mexico, including Atizapán, Ecatepec, Naucalpan, Nezahualcóyotl and Tlalnepantla.
- Out‑of‑state or foreign‑plated vehicles do not follow local plate rotation and are barred every Saturday from 05:00 to 22:00, with additional weekday limits from 05:00 to 11:00.
- Drivers can verify their status on hoynocircula.cdmx.gob.mx, and violations carry reported fines of 20–30 UMAs.
