Overview
- Under the harmonized scheme each weekday’s ban targets a different sticker color and plate digit, with yellow-sticker vehicles prohibited on Mondays between 05:00 and 22:00.
- On August 18, yellow-sticker vehicles bearing hologram 1 or 2 and plates ending in 5 or 6 cannot circulate in Mexico City’s 16 boroughs and 18 participating Estado de México municipalities.
