Overview

• Vehicles with blue engomado, plates ending in 9 or 0, and verification hologram 1 or 2 may not circulate from 05:00 to 22:00.
• Restrictions cover the 16 boroughs of Mexico City and 18 conurbated municipalities of the State of Mexico under the harmonized regional program.
• CAMe has not activated contingency measures, so the schedule operates normally rather than under Doble Hoy No Circula.
• Exempt vehicles include those with holograms 00 and 0, electric and hybrid cars, motorcycles, taxis, public transport and authorized health personnel vehicles.
• Violations can draw fines of 20–30 UMAs (about 2,074.80–3,112.20 pesos) and possible impoundment; non-local cars without local verification are treated as hologram 2.
