• Vehicles with green stickers, plate endings 1 and 2, and holograms 1 and 2 are prohibited from circulating from 05:00 to 22:00 across all 16 CDMX boroughs and over 40 Edomex municipalities.
• The harmonized schedule, active since July 1, 2025, rotates daily circulation bans based on plate digits, sticker colors and hologram certifications to curb automotive emissions.
• Exemptions include vehicles with holograms 00 and 0, electric and hybrid cars, public transport units and authorized health-service vehicles.
• Violators face fines ranging from 2,074.80 to 3,112.20 pesos under CDMX’s traffic regulations and may have their vehicles impounded.
• Continuous air-quality monitoring by SAM and CAMe has kept the program at its standard rotation without triggering a 'Doble Hoy No Circula' escalation.
