- Perks unlock based on the total number of Augments researched, with milestones like Quick Revive at three, Jugger-Nog at six and Speed Cola at 12.
- Six Ammo Mods each have a player-level unlock and a separate research tree, including Dead Wire available by default and Cryo Freeze at player level 12 with research after six Augments.
- Field Upgrades follow the same pattern, with Energy Mine available from the start and Aether Shroud unlocking at player level 48 with research after 21 Augments.
- Weapons and equipment fall into Lethal, Tactical and Support categories and are obtained through level unlocks, random enemy and chest drops, and crafting during live rounds.
