Houston Texans to Induct Legendary Defensive End J.J. Watt into Ring of Honor

J.J. Watt will be inducted into the Houston Texans Ring of Honor on Oct. 1.
Watt won three Defensive Player of the Year awards and is Houston's career sacks leader with 101.
The induction ceremony will take place at halftime of the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, where Watt's younger brother T.J. plays.
Texans owners Janice, Hannah and Cal McNair expressed excitement for Watt's induction and his impact on the team and the city of Houston.
Watt played 10 seasons for the Texans and finished with 101.5 sacks, earned All-Pro honors five times, and won the league's Defensive Player of the Year award three times in 2012, 2014, and 2015.
