Houston Pizza Delivery Driver Fatally Shoots Armed Robber

Police report that the driver acted in self-defense during the attempted robbery; the case will be reviewed by a grand jury.

The delivery driver shot and killed a man who allegedly attempted to rob him at gunpoint.
A second suspect fled the scene and is currently being sought by police.
