Hotel Vivemar in Benalmádena Sealed for Missing Registration but Continues Hosting Guests

Management has submitted sublease documents to the Junta de Andalucía to resolve registration lapses

Overview

  • Owner María José García Vargas and current management are embroiled in civil and criminal disputes over the sublease’s validity, with a Supreme Court decision expected soon
