Overview

• Ahmed Fahmy was convicted in July 2024 of one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault following a two-week trial at Harrow Crown Court.
• On April 23, 2025, Fahmy was sentenced to 10 years in prison with an additional three-year extended licence period for post-release supervision.
• Fahmy used his position as a hotel manager to gain unauthorized access to guests’ rooms, where he carried out assaults dating back to 2008.
• Victims reported incidents of unwanted foot touching and licking, including a January 2024 case where a woman woke to find Fahmy licking her feet and another was raped in his room.
• Metropolitan Police are appealing for additional victims to come forward, as investigators believe Fahmy’s offending may be more widespread.
