Overview
- Honor officially released MagicOS 11 on Tuesday and opened an unlimited first-batch trial plus second-batch internal testing for many phones, tablets and a watch.
- The company says MagicOS 11 introduces a commercial 'Agent Harness' that links large-model capabilities to device sensors, planning, tool-calls and execution so agents can act on users' behalf.
- Honor describes the YOYO agent as able to run long workflows of more than 100 steps, respond to about 40 trigger conditions and perform over 130 execution actions, though these numbers come from the company rather than independent tests.
- Honor published a staged upgrade plan and said the Magic9 flagship will ship with MagicOS 11, with an AgenticOS preview recruitment for Magic9 users scheduled for October.
- The update adds a new liquid-glass visual style, a lightweight 'hummingbird' performance engine and storage-optimization tools that Honor claims can free up to 60GB, and the company also announced a partnership with 引望 to enable one-tap app handoff to the 启境 GX7 car.
