Honda Debuts WN7 Electric Motorcycle at EICMA With CCS2 Fast Charging and Two Power Options

It targets newer European riders under A1/A2 licences.

Overview

  • The WN7 uses a 9.3kWh battery and supports both Type 2 AC charging and CCS2 DC fast charging, with a 20%–80% top-up in about 30 minutes.
  • Two motor outputs are offered at 11kW and 18kW, with claimed ranges of 153km and 140km respectively, and a reported 129kph top speed for the 18kW version.
  • Rider features include a 5-inch TFT display, four modes (Standard, Sport, Rain, Econ), adjustable regenerative braking, and IMU-linked cornering ABS.
  • The chassis is a hollow aluminum monocoque using the battery as a stressed member, paired with a 43mm Showa USD fork, a monoshock, and Nissin brakes.
  • Alongside the WN7, Honda unveiled the CB1000GT, showed the V3R 900 E‑Compressor prototype, and confirmed E‑Clutch expansion to five additional 2026 models.
