- The order also shifts numerous IAS officers among Delhi, Puducherry, Ladakh, Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mizoram, DNH&DD, Lakshadweep, and Chandigarh, with named moves across 2003–2020 batches.
- IPS transfers include Ajit Kumar Singla to Delhi, Mangesh Kashyap to Arunachal Pradesh, Rajiv Ranjan Singh to Chandigarh, and Prashant Priya Gautam to Jammu and Kashmir, with several other postings finalized.
