'Home Alone' Actor Devin Ratray's Domestic Violence Trial Delayed Due to Hospitalization

Ratray, who was hospitalized in critical condition, has since been released and is currently resting at home.

Devin Ratray, known for his role in 'Home Alone', was hospitalized in critical condition, causing a delay in his domestic violence trial.
Ratray was charged with felony domestic assault and battery by strangulation, as well as misdemeanor domestic assault and battery, following an incident with his ex-girlfriend in December 2021.
The ex-girlfriend alleges that Ratray, in a drunken state, pushed her, punched her in the face, and pressed his hands against her throat and mouth.
Ratray has since been released from the hospital and is back home resting, according to a family member.
The trial, which was set to begin with jury selection in Oklahoma, has been postponed to February.
