Hockey Hall of Fame honors Henrik Lundqvist, Tom Barrasso, and other goalies in class of 2023

Henrik Lundqvist, Tom Barrasso, and Mike Vernon have been selected as goalies for the Hockey Hall of Fame class of 2023.
Pierre Turgeon, Caroline Ouellette, Ken Hitchcock, and Pierre Lacroix were also selected for induction.
Lundqvist was a first-year-eligible candidate and was selected due to his success in international competition and NHL career.
Eligible players must have played their last game at least three years ago and receive at least 75% of the vote from the Hockey Hall of Fame Selection Committee.
The induction celebration will take place on November 13 in Toronto.
