Hockey Canada appoints Katherine Henderson as new president and CEO

Hockey Canada has hired Katherine Henderson as its new president and CEO.
Henderson previously served as CEO of Curling Canada for seven years.
She will begin the role on September 4th.
The appointment comes as Hockey Canada aims to improve governance amid scrutiny over its handling of sexual assault allegations.
Funding for Hockey Canada was restored recently with additional conditions.
