Hitech Grand Prix Applies to Join F1 Grid in 2026 With Backing of Kazakh Billionaire

Hitech Grand Prix has applied to join the Formula 1 grid in 2026.
The team received fresh investment from Kazakhstan's richest man, Vladimir Kim.
Hitech currently races in Formula 2, Formula 3, and Formula 4.
Other parties interested in joining the F1 grid in 2026 include Andretti Global, LKY SUNZ, and Formula Equal.
Approval of any new entries would require support from F1 itself and the 10 teams on the grid, and a new team would need to pay a $200 million dilution fee.
