Historic Onassis Yacht 'Christina O' Listed for $90M

The 82-year-old luxury vessel, once a hub for global elites, is up for sale with a record-breaking price tag for its age.

The 'Christina O,' originally a WWII Canadian frigate, was transformed into a 99-meter luxury yacht by Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis in the 1950s.
The yacht, named after Onassis' daughter, hosted numerous celebrities and political figures, including Winston Churchill, Marilyn Monroe, and Jackie Kennedy.
Features include a hydraulic mosaic pool that converts into a dance floor, gold-accented bathrooms, and a bar with whale leather seating.
Currently owned by Irish investors, the yacht underwent significant restorations in the late 1990s and is now docked in Nice, France.
The asking price of $90 million reflects its historical significance and unique legacy as a symbol of mid-20th-century opulence.
