Officials say scheduled buses will begin once approvals are cleared.

Overview

  • An HRTC bus entered the village on December 31 in a trial run flagged off by Karsog SDM Gaurav Mahajan, which officials called successful.
  • Residents marked the milestone with a ribbon-cutting, flower garlands and sweets, thanking district authorities and agencies involved.
  • The road was inaugurated by Prithvi Singh Negi, with party figure Mahesh Raj attending as chief guest.
  • The village sits about 15 kilometres from the Ani bus stand, and locals have urged a permanent, regular service to improve access to health care, education and markets.
