Himachal CM Announces ₹100 Crore Relief, Presses Forest-Land Flexibility in Monsoon Emergency

An appeal to relax forest-land rules is paired with a demand for quicker central funds to rebuild cut-off roads, restore utilities, resettle displaced families.
