Overview

• Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced a 3% Dearness Allowance for employees and pensioners to be credited with October pay and disbursed in November.
• Arrears for April–September 2025 will be deposited this month, with separate orders to follow for arrears from July 2023 to March 2025.
• Sukhu directed HPSEBL to adopt a compensation policy for outsourced workers in case of accidents and to clear all pending promotions immediately.
