• Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre is a 22-storey tower on Deansgate with 358 rooms, set to open in early 2026 with fitness, meeting and dining facilities.
• Hilton says the Deansgate property will be the largest Hampton by Hilton in Europe once it opens.
• Motto by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly is planned for 2027 with 154 rooms plus a restaurant, bar and fitness space, with the site described as in Piccadilly Basin near Piccadilly station and still to be finalized.
• Hilton cites growing demand for accommodation in Manchester, referencing more than four million domestic visitors and 1.7 million international tourists each year.
• Both projects are being delivered with Dean Street Developments, as the city’s hotel market continues to shift following the Beetham Tower hotel’s planned conversion to InterContinental under HG Hotels.
