Federal inspectors traced the wood contamination to a Haltom City plant.

Overview

  • The affected items were produced and packaged from March 17 through September 26, 2025 and bear establishment numbers EST-582 or P-894.
  • Products include select State Fair corn dogs and Jimmy Dean Pancakes & Sausage on a Stick, along with other variations listed by FSIS.
  • The goods were sold online and at retailers and food service locations nationwide, with commercial sales also reaching school districts and Defense Department facilities.
  • Consumers are urged to throw away or return the products; FSIS will conduct recall effectiveness checks and post retailer distribution lists as they become available.
